From time to time a Repository admin might make a mistake and when you start Cydia it will cause it to crash after the update.
If this happends Cydia will crash on startup. To fix this you have to manually delete the Packages, Release and Packages.gpg if the repo is signed.
1. SSH into your IPhone
2. Navigate to /private/var/lib/apt/lists
3. Delete whatever_repo_Packages, whatever_repo_Release and whatever_repo_Packages.gpg(if there is one)
