Requirements:
Most importantly a Jailbroken iPhone or iTouch with Cydia or Icy installer app and WinterBoard.
Fill the form below with your contact info and upload the picture you want on your Lockscreen.
In the description box write what you want done with your picture.

Pricing:
One Lockscreen with your picture cropped and resized for an iPhone 3G OR iTouch = $10
One Lockscreen with your picture edited for red eye, sharpness and overall quality = $15
Lockscreens made from scratch with no usable picture provided = $25 Base price + additional fees depending on difficulty and stock photo price. A quote will be provided.

Delivery:
Once payment is received your personalized Lockscreen with be uploaded to my server in your own private repository that only you and me know about. The link for your repository will be email to you with instructions how to install it via Cydia and Icy.

Legal Stuff:
The Lockscreen is provided to you As Is and you assume the responsibility and all that comes with modifying your Device. The final product is designed and tested to work with WinterBoard from Cydia. If you are using Customize, SB Settings, Widgets or any other application that might interfere with the Lockscreen, you do it at your own risk thus support will not be provided.
I reserve the right to refuse providing my services if your picture contains images of Private body parts, Nudes, Derogatory or otherwise inappropriate material.
